Hi Mojaloop Community!

I’m a Zimbabwe-based developer passionate about financial inclusion.

My goal is to build TransFair , a service enabling seamless money transfers between Zimbabwean wallets like EcoCash, InnBucks, and Mukuru using Mojaloop.
With 90% of Zimbabweans relying on mobile money but facing interoperability barriers, this could transform how we transact.

How You Can Help:

Deployment & Integration
Cloud Setup : Steps to deploy Mojaloop on Cloud
DFSP Onboarding : Guidance to connect Zimbabwean wallets (e.g., EcoCash) to Mojaloop’s APIs. Are there existing African DFSP integration case studies?

Compliance & Security
RBZ Alignment **: How to comply with Zimbabwe’s mobile money regulations (e.g., transaction limits, KYC). Are there templates for DFSP compliance frameworks?
**Fraud Prevention
: Best practices for implementing Mojaloop’s security modules.
Collaboration
Mentorship : Seeking developers familiar with Mojaloop’s transaction workflows .
Partnerships : Are there NGOs or fintechs in Africa already using Mojaloop for interoperability?

Why Zimbabwe Needs This :

Problem : Users pay high fees to transfer between wallets.
Solution : Mojaloop’s open-source framework can eliminate silos.
Unique Value **: Unlike existing apps, TransFair will focus on low-literacy users with voice-based tutorials and icon-driven navigation.
**Next Steps :

I’ve reviewed the Mojaloop Deployment Guide and tested mini-loop locally .
*Direct Questions *:
How do DFSPs navigate compliance during Mojaloop integration?
Can anyone share UI/UX audits of Mojaloop-based apps?
What can you do if the Financial Service Providers are unwilling to share their APIs?
Join me in bridging Zimbabwe’s financial divides!
