1.0 WELCOME, ROLL CALL, AGENDA REVIEW
Simeon welcomed the group and reviewed the agenda.
2.0 APPROVAL OF 23 OCTOBER MINUTES
Simeon reviewed the minutes for the 23 October meeting. Quorum was not achieved, and the minutes were not approved. The minutes will be approved at the next Community Council meeting if quorum permits.
Simeon confirmed that the Mojaloop Community Governance Election results will be announced on Wednesday 29 November. The Community Council will meet again on Monday 4 December, encompassing both current council members and the newly elected ones. Subsequently, the newly formed Community Council will reconvene on 11 December. The last day for all Mojaloop meetings will be Friday 15 December. Meetings will resume on 2 January 2024.
3.0 COMMUNITY OBJECTIVES AND WRAPPING UP 2023
Simeon presented a summary of 2021-2023 Community Objectives and asked the Community Council to provide input on proposed objectives for 2024. The group proposed the following: past objectives, feedback from the accelerator program and community meetings, and input from the survey. Simeon shared that he would also like to focus on open-source development.
Simeon shared the 2023 Objectives document and provided a summary of what was accomplished in 2023.
