1.0 WELCOME, ROLL CALL, AGENDA REVIEW
Simeon welcomed the group and reviewed the agenda.
2.0 APPROVAL OF 5 AUGUST MINUTES
Simeon reviewed the minutes for the 5 August meeting. Quorum was achieved, and the minutes were approved.
3.0 INDIVIDUAL VS. ORGANIZATIONAL CONTRIBUTIONS
Simeon reviewed the draft document titled “Evolving Mojaloop's Community Strategy: Incorporating Organizational Contributions”. The group agreed that distinct and clearly defined pathways are essential for individual and organizational contributions.
Section 1.2 of the document compares governance models from other organizations that accommodate both individual and organizational contributions. It was highlighted that the Mojaloop Foundation has unique characteristics compared to these organizations, which should be considered.
Simeon encouraged the Community Council to brainstorm proposals for advancing the dual contribution paths. This topic is also under internal discussion.
4.0 CONTRIBUTION ACCEPTANCE GUIDELINES
Simeon shared the Mojaloop Foundation Contribution Acceptance Guide, which was reviewed internally. Simeon noted that this guide presents an opportunity to streamline and encourage external contributions.
5.0 UPDATE ON DESIGN AUTHORITY STRUCTURE
James provided an update on the TGB Task Force, which was established to review and restructure the Design Authority (DA). The task force has considered feedback from community members, and a draft DA charter is currently under review by the TGB. Once approved by the TGB, the draft will be returned to the DA for feedback from its current members.

6.0 AOB
Simeon reviewed the Service Provider Directory and announced that the webpage is undergoing a revamp. Simeon confirmed that this service is offered free of charge to any organization that wishes to utilize it and encouraged the Community Council members to sign up.
