4.0 MOJALOOP WORKSTREAM GOVERNANCE
Simeon introduced the Mojaloop Workstream Governance Guidelines, provided a status on the implementation of each guideline, and confirmed that this document will be integrated into the documentation outline currently under development. It was noted that increasing contributions is a primary focus for Mojaloop and given that contributions occur within the workstreams, these guidelines hold significance in creating structure and providing clarity to workstreams and workstream leads. Simeon requested the Community Council to review the document and provide feedback.
ACTION: CoCo to review the Mojaloop Workstream Governance Guidelines and provide feedback.
A discussion arose regarding accountability, to which Simeon remarked that the Charters, collectively developed by the community, serve as a mechanism for ensuring accountability within each committee. Furthermore, the structures of the workstreams are collaborative efforts between the product council and the community council, with accountability mechanisms in place at both levels. It was emphasized that these are community-led groups, not legal entities.
