1.0 WELCOME, ROLL CALL, AGENDA REVIEW
Simeon welcomed the group and reviewed the agenda.
2.0 APPROVAL OF 18 SEPTEMBER MINUTES
Simeon reviewed the minutes for the 18 September meeting. Quorum was not achieved, and the minutes were not approved. The minutes will be approved at the next Community Council meeting if quorum permits.
3.0 CODE OF CONDUCT – ENFORCEMENT LANGUAGE
The Community Council reviewed the proposed enforcement language, which will be added to the current Mojaloop Code of Conduct. It was suggested that, for the sake of transparency, all details related to the reporting and enforcement procedures should be integrated into the Code of Conduct.
Simeon will make final edits to the document and share it with the Community Council for review and approval. The proposed enforcement language will be voted on via eBallot.
