At the recent convening in Lusaka, which kickstarted PI 23, we reviewed the progress of the technical and strategic workstreams that were adopted for PI 22. PI 22 was extremely productive, but there are some strategically important workstreams that are not yet complete. Consequently it was decided to keep the focus on the same workstreams as for PI 22.
So the list of workstreams (available here) is broadly the same with just a few minor changes.
