1.0 WELCOME, ROLL CALL, AGENDA REVIEW
Simeon welcomed the group and reviewed the agenda.
2.0 APPROVAL OF 13 MAY MINUTES
Simeon reviewed the minutes for the 13 May meeting. Quorum was not achieved, and the minutes were not approved. The minutes will be approved at the next Community Council meeting if quorum permits.
3.0 WORKING SESSION: 2024 COMMUNITY COUNCIL OBJECTIVES
Simeon shared the 2024 Community Council Objectives and confirmed that the first objective, “Update documentation and streamline community structure and processes” is ongoing. It was noted that there are various business documents available currently on the Mojaloop website.
The group discussed the second objective, “Assist with the onboarding of new community members” and Simeon documented notes and actions within the 2024 Community Council Objectives document. It was noted that there are currently five personas listed on the Mojaloop website: Payment Solution Companies, Hub Operators, Central Banks, Financial Institutions, and Development Banks and Donors. Simeon shared the proposed categorization of personas from the last community council and the group discussed issues, concerns, and ideas for improvement around onboarding for each category.
