1.0 WELCOME, ROLL CALL, AGENDA REVIEW
Simeon welcomed the group and reviewed the agenda.
2.0 APPROVAL OF 18 SEPTEMBER AND 25 SEPTEMBER MINUTES
Simeon reviewed the minutes for the 18 September and 25 September meetings. Quorum was achieved and the minutes were approved as presented.
3.0 MOJALOOP COMMUNITY ANNUAL SURVEY RESULTS
Simeon presented the Mojaloop Community Annual Survey results. Simeon confirmed he will send the results to the Community Council by email.
The primary concerns were:
- Collaboration in the community
- Toxicity
- Onboarding
Simeon announced that a community-wide call will be held after the community meeting to discuss these concerns in detail. A suggestion was put forward to reopen the survey to collect additional responses. The Council resolved to formulate a strategy to encourage greater participation in the survey before reopening it.
4.0 COMMUNITY ELECTIONS
Due to time constraints, this agenda item was not discussed.
5.0 RESTRICTIONS FOR FUNDED ORGANIZATIONS
Simeon shared a document with ideas around governance for funded organizations in the Mojaloop Community. Simeon requested that the Community Council review the document and provide comments. A proposal for a dedicated session and wider participation was made.

- Community Council to strategize on how to get more participation in the Mojaloop Community Annual Survey
- Community Council to review the Restrictions for Funded Organizations document and provide comments
