1.0 WELCOME, ROLL CALL, AGENDA REVIEW
Simeon welcomed the group and reviewed the agenda.
2.0 APPROVAL OF 24 JULY MINUTES
Simeon reviewed the minutes for the 24 July meeting. There were no objections, and the minutes were approved as presented.
3.0 ANNUAL SURVEY
Simeon presented the Mojaloop Community Annual Survey and reviewed the questions in detail. The survey has been changed to include comments and suggestions from the Community Council.
In reviewing the questions with the Community Council, Simeon adopted several recommendations in terms of what questions are asked and how questions are phrased. In addition, the following suggestions were made:
• Include a paragraph of intent at the beginning of the survey and for each section of the survey.
• Describe the committees or link to the committee structure page on the website to provide more context.
• In terms of the length of the survey, provide the approximate time commitment up front and provide a way to pause and come back to the survey.
Simeon requested the Community Council provide their comments by the end of the day. Simeon will share the survey internally with staff and will finalize it by Wednesday. The target date to release the survey is early next week.
