Mojaloop Foundation Seeking Engineering Contractors

The Mojaloop Foundation is currently recruiting for several contract engineering positions to perform development work on multiple areas of the Mojaloop codebase. These positions will be individual contracts on an initial one year basis. We would love to hear from you if you, or someone you know is interested!

Outline Job Specifications:

Staff Engineer
- Very senior software engineer with 10+ years' experience in the financial software domain as a technical leader in an API first product.
- Expert in:
  - Event driven and cloud native architectures.
  - Node.js/typescript, docker, k8s, kafka, SQL.
  - Deployment patterns for highly available and reliable software systems.
  - Highly asynchronous system design, engineering, performance tuning, debugging and operation.
  - Open-source software best practices.
  - Security best practices for financial software.
Test Automation and QA Engineer
- 5+ years test engineering experience in cloud native architectures, API testing, asynchronous APIs.
- Expert knowledge of software and system testing fundamentals, principles and best practices.
- Highly familiar with Node.js/typescript, docker, k8s, SQL.
