MEETING ATTENDEES: Sridevi Miriyala, Kim Walters, Alain Kajangwe, Reica Rampersadh, Simeon Oriko, Megan Cannon, Sam Kummary

1.0 WELCOME, ROLL CALL, AGENDA REVIEW
Simeon welcomed the group and reviewed the agenda.

2.0 APPROVAL OF 22 JANUARY MINUTES
Simeon reviewed the minutes for the 22 January meeting. The minutes were approved as presented.

3.0 2024 COMMUNITY OBJECTIVES DISCUSSION
Simeon shared the 2024 Community Objectives and the group discussed the first objective.

Update Documentation to streamline workstreams and provide more community structure and processes

Simeon took notes directly in the document.

Action Items
 Simeon to create a mind map of documentation and post on Community Council channel on slack
 Simeon to discuss case study idea with the marcom team

4.0 AOB
Simeon let the group know that 19 February is a US holiday, so the meeting will be moved up to 12 February, with the same agenda: to discuss the 2024 Community Objectives.

5.0 ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at 9:56 AM ET.
